Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fuel Different. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Bulk Order Shipping: 1-5 Business day we reserve the right to charge additonal postage on bulk product orders this will be calculated and invoiced after your order is reviewed and invoice emailed out.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
No Hidden Import Charges
All taxes and duties are collected at checkout under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means your order will be delivered straight to your door with no additional import fees or customs charges to pay on delivery.
International Shipping Policy (Delivery Duties Paid)
We offer international shipping to most countries using trusted carriers such as
Royal Mail, GLS & FEDEX and local postal services. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties paid (DDP). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total and must be paid by you, the recipient,
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
